2. Wrap tofu in paper towels and put some weight on it to squeeze remaining water
3. While tofu is under pressure – prepare the marinade
Marinade:
1. Splash of Liquid Smoke
2. 2 table spoons of Sriracha Hot Chili sauce
3. 5 table spoons of Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
4. Splash of lemon juice
5. Fill the box with water to cover the tofu
6. Teaspoon of agave syrup/maple syrup
Put it in the fridge for couple of hours to marinate.
Baking: heat up your oven to 180℃ (356℉) Put a silicone mat on the baking sheet and distribute the tofu on the baking sheet. Put in oven for 40 minutes. Voilla!
